Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 27, 2026
PT. Sinergi Digital Koneksi ("Diginect", "we", "us") respects the privacy of visitors to this website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information you provide when using this website, in accordance with Indonesia's Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide through forms on this site, including:
- Contact Form: name, email address, phone number, company name, and description of business needs.
- Job Application Form: name, email address, position applied for, portfolio link, CV/application documents, and additional message.
2. Purpose of Data Use
The information you provide is used solely to:
- Follow up on your inquiries or product demo requests
- Process and review job applications you submit
- Contact you regarding business needs or the recruitment process
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
3. Data Storage
Data submitted through forms on this site is processed using a third-party service (Formspree) acting as a data processor, and forwarded to the internal email addresses of the Diginect team. Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes stated above, or as required by applicable law.
4. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the UU PDP, you have the right to:
- Request access to or a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction if the data we hold is inaccurate
- Request deletion of your personal data from our systems
- Withdraw your consent to the processing of your data
To exercise the rights above, or if you have any questions about this privacy policy, please contact us at support@diginect.id or 021-3881 5147.
5. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
6. Third-Party Platform Integrations (Diginect Omnichannel)
Besides this website, we also run Diginect Omnichannel, a platform our business clients ("Business Users") use to manage conversations with their own customers from one place — across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, Email, and Threads. This section covers what happens to data once a Threads account is connected to our platform.
When a Business User connects their Threads account, they're asked to grant certain permissions. Based on those permissions, our system can read posts, replies, and mentions on that account, reply to or hide replies on its behalf, pull performance data such as views, likes, and reach, and publish content on behalf of the connected account. We don't touch personal data belonging to other Threads users outside the connected account — aside from basic details like name and profile photo, which are needed so an agent can see who they're replying to.
All of this data serves one purpose: making conversations from Threads (and other channels) show up cleanly in the dashboard, letting agents reply to them, and giving Business Users the reporting they need to run their operations — nothing beyond that. As with the data described earlier in this policy, we never sell or share integration data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Access tokens and credentials used for the integration are stored encrypted, and only accessible to authorized systems and personnel. Data stays in our system for as long as the Business User's account remains active. If a Business User disconnects their Threads account at any time from the dashboard, the associated access token is deleted immediately. Any further data deletion request can be sent through the contact details in Section 4.
This integration operates in line with the Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with the latest update date.
